Get Involved

Afghan Resettlement Project: Last February, Millburn Church committed to help a family
evacuated from Afghanistan. These refugees have been welcomed and assisted by
Lutheran Social Services and local churches. We are partnering with two Kenosha
churches to help a family with 6 children, ages 3-11, currently living in Kenosha. Our
Mission Committee has helped with furnishings, housing, clothing, health care, and
integration into the community. The family currently needs assistance with food.
Please consider buying gift cards to Piggly Wiggly, the closest food store within
walking distance. Contact Nancy Tschannen or Al Sommer to learn more.

Music: Join the choir, the House Band, or the Bell Choir for practice on Wednesdays. Chat with Becky Fuller to learn more.

Usher: Choose a Sunday and sign up to serve as an usher during worship service.

Lay Reader: Sign up to serve as Lay Reader for a worship service.

Flowers: Sign up to donate flowers to adorn the altar. Note any special reason such as birthday, anniversary, special occasion or memorial.

Electronic Giving: Set up convenient and consistent giving to support the church and your
financial giving preferences. Pick up the detailed handout on the welcome table.
